I​​n Human Resources, you will create workforce capability through talent, culture and technology. HR plays a key role in executing our company’s mission by bringing people and strategy together. We leverage global workforce shifts and champion the human element in everything we do.
Within HR, our professionals bring expertise to a number of different areas. HR Shared Services handles many of the transactions and daily support needed by our employee base. HR business partners act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and employees. Other branches provide expertise in specific functional areas including compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and development, benefits, and more.

Because Magellan is a company that has grown both organically and through acquisition, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage best practices that come from merging other strong companies into our portfolio. Our HR professionals have a valuable role to play—engaging in change management and organizational development work.
