IT Solution Owner - PHP New Mexico

This position is responsible for understanding our business and IT strategy and ensure that we have the skills and capabilities required to deliver on our business and technical commitments. Role will focus on continuous improvement within the area and lead IT analysis initiatives and special projects within their portfolio of applications. Establishes best practices for requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing and implementation. Partners with teams across the organization to identify business process improvements and translate them to systems improvement focusing on scale, efficiency, and automation. Own delivery, testing and validation, roll-out and training, triage and resolution of issues. Coach practitioner of scientific approaches such as Critical Thinking, Lean Management, ITIL, Design Thinking and structured systems analysis and design. Cultivates highly productive teams and develops a strong bench of IT Analysts. Highly analytical and strategic. Able to drive towards realization of business goals, resulting in world-class applications. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt message to both technical and business audiences. Highly collaborative with a `hands-on, roll-up the sleeves` and get work done attitude.

Establish, track, measure and refine metrics for key processes to deliver measurably differentiated business outcomes. Communicate across functions and act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams. Foster user-centric design culture, values, and principles throughout the organization. Clarify design and team understanding of project’s vision and their role in its execution. Align design with the overall goals of the deliverable. Communicate the vision across the organization. Oversee and cultivate strong analysis, design and testing practices. Mentor and empower the IT Analysis team to deliver great products; inspire them to continuously improve their craft and capabilities.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to identify business process improvements and translate them to systems improvement focusing on scale, efficiency, business system configuration and automation.
  • Lead sessions to identify process inefficiencies and actively participate in their resolution. 
  • Gather business requirements and partner with teams to manage deliverables, testing and validation, roll-out and training, triage and resolution of issues.
  • Utilize scientific approaches such as Critical Thinking, Lean Management, ITIL, Design Thinking and structured systems analysis and design. 
  • Establish best practices for requirements gathering and implementation.

  • Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and identify and resolve inconsistencies.

  • Ability to solve difficult business problems.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a constantly changing environment.
  • Experience leading technically-challenging, cross-functional projects from inception to implementation. 
  • Demonstrated ability build skills within the team.
  • Evolving executive presence.
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.            
  • Experience in Healthcare, PBM or insurance industries.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects, especially across multiple technical domains.
