Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Pull in daily check images and cash batches for (2) concentration lockboxes.
Code cash receipts and upload to Solomon and Lawson; indepth research as needed.
Create and maintain excel cash spreadsheets.
Create and maintain cash folders.
Prepare associated month-end journal entries for MRx concentration account.
Assist in audit inquiries from internal and external auditors.
Respond to inquiries from the field.
Assist other members of the Cash department as necessary.
Prepare special projects as assigned by the Manager, Cash and Treasury Services or the Director, Accounting Services.
Review and code documents received. Scan reviewed documents into Kofax, verify that all documents were scanned successfully and validate. Verify that required fields were populated and manually enter corrections/missing information as required. Format excel files for import to Lawson and verify that imports loaded correctly, enter manual corrections as necessary. Research and resolve inquiries from Magellan employees, vendors, and auditors promptly; take necessary steps to correct errors. Assist management with special projects or tasks as assigned.

Strong knowledge of Excel and the ability to easily learn new software. Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer service attitude. Proactive in identifying issues and problem solving. Follow up on open issues and strive for timely resolution. Prioritize tasks to ensure that productivity remains high and minimize negative impacts on team members.
