Job Description

This position is dual hatted as the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) and the Quality Manager (QM). The DPM/QM shall be responsible for workforce performance and quality control. The DPM/QM oversees the employee training program, evaluates task order deliverables, and ensuring the productivity and administration of the Program.
  • Support the Wounded Warrior Program through process and program improvement efforts
  • Serve as Program Manager when he/she is unavailable and interfaces regularly with the government client
  • Provide oversight of training development to ensure that the training program prepares all new hires to perform their duties, addresses performance trends identified during quality assessments, and integrates emerging policy changes
  • Monitor overall quality control through frequent discussions with PM, review monthly status reports and case inspection reports, conduct site visits, and be available for meetings at client site at Randolph AFB, as necessary
  • Conduct research, analysis and quality control reviews to develop and/or enhance policies and procedures and to inform training initiatives across the workforce
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on research and evaluation of current program procedures and client satisfaction; create reports and provide briefings of findings
  • Work closely with the Program Manager as well as government client to ensure synchronization of effort and understanding of client goals and intent
  • Create and conduct training sessions that address quality improvement, process change, and other areas as required
  • Create and conduct training as necessary to assist individual employees in proficiency and to improve the quality of program delivery
  • Other duties as assigned
