Job DescriptionWith minimal supervision, set-up new accounts or modifications to existing accounts. Work membership related issues. Monitor receipt of expected membership files and run load jobs. Establish and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with clients and vendor. Monitor and insure performance standards and guarantees are met.
Essential Functions-Participates with implementation teams to set up eligibility for new accounts. Leading the Eligibility work effort with the client and the vendor through development to production. Coordinate with IT and vendor to define file layout and mapping requirements. -Coordinates configuration changes or addition of business lines to existing accounts. . Leading the Eligibility work effort with the client and the vendor through development to production. Coordinate with IT and vendor to define file layout and mapping requirements. -Monitor receipt of expected membership files, notify client and account management of delayed files. Build and foster client relationship. -Run membership load jobs. Research issues for root cause. Lead the effort with client and/or vendor to resolve all issues. -Initial Setup and ongoing maintenance of Eligibility setup / configuration -Provide reporting to Management on a monthly and quarterly basis activity against documented standards and performance guarantees. -Identify client data trends and act as consultant to client to improve quality of data and the member experience. -Other duties as assigned.
