Job DescriptionProject Director/ Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as the project lead and supervisor for all analysts assigned to the project. This position will be filled with an experienced program manager with experience in senior management consulting, to direct the activities of the staff in support of the USMC’s goals and objectives. PD will be responsible for all client deliverables and lead periodic/Quarterly/annual reviews.
•Leads and facilitates focus group discussions.
•Manages a team.
•Develops persuasive documents and thought pieces to justify plans of action.
•Manages a project schedule and timeline that may need to shift based on client requirements.

•Significant experience in adult learning in multiple areas: instructional and assessment techniques, resident/face-to-face learning, distance learning, blended learning, simulation and coaching, faculty development, counseling and mentoring techniques.
