Job Description

The Customer Care Associate II works on a team in the Clinical Services Center that strives to provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and/or pharmacies of Magellan Rx's various business partners. This position make primarily outbound phone calls for various outreach programs. Responsibilities include documenting in the appropriate systems and ensuring high quality and accurate information is provided to patients, providers, and/or pharmacies. This SOR is expected to meet or exceed operations production and quality measures while providing excellent customer service during program outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:?Education: Some college training or a college degree.Experience: Experience in a Customer Service/Health Care environment preferably within NIA.Minimum Requirements:Education: ?HS/GED.Experience: 1-3 years.Job Specific: Customer Service.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: At least 30 WPM.Computer Skills: Must be a proficient typist and with the computer: able to maneuver through various computer platforms while verifying demographic information on all calls.??Other:?Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills required and the ability to handle multiple tasks.Must recognize customer service as an ever-changing environment, this causes one to be flexible in scheduling and having the ability to accept change.Must be able to solicit appropriate information and make good decisions that affect financial results for risk accounts based on the scope of the position.??
