Job DescriptionThis position serves as the key contact for the Sales & Marketing department relative to general operations and staff training. Working with executive management, sales managers, accounting department, outside vendors as well as other internal staff within Senior Whole Health. Involves coordinating cross-departmental and cross-functional projects and to correct service issues. Takes the lead for all Sales and Marketing staff onboarding and training.
The Training and Operations Liaison will streamline processes within the Senior Whole Health Sales & Marketing department relative to general operations and staff training. The position will also serve as a liaison between Sales & Marketing, the Magellan Accounts Payable department, and partnering organizations to ensure accurate, consistent tracking of event, sponsorship, and donation expenditures. Further, the Training and Operations Manager will serve as part of the Inside Sales team, supporting outreach to potential members and working to drive sales.
