Job Description

The overall goal of this position is to administer all daily aspects of MRx's Operational policies, objectives, and initiatives including: eligibility maintenance, Accumulators, ID card production, and member materials.

Manage Rx Eligibility Processing

  • Verifies, investigates, and resolves customer eligibility and accumulator issues
  • Ensures incoming data is in correct format
  • Monitor automated procedures and report to Clients
  • Process Customer Data
  • Ensure that operational service standards are met

Manage Id Card & Member Material Processing

  • Design Client ID card layouts
  • Printing, production, and billing of ID cards
  • Distribution and production of Member materials and packets
  • Member Communication
  • Create, maintain, and review various reports/logs
  • Ensure that operational service standards are met

Establish communication with Client contact and provide necessary feedback regarding eligibility, accumlators and ID Card file processing.

Support all aspects of the implementation and maintenance of client business. Provide operational support to:

  • Accounting
  • Client Service
  • IT
  • Sales and marketing

Assist with the development of department policies and procedures.

Coordinate daily production goals and oversee the workflow with the Operations Assistant.

Assists with special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

Prefer previous experience in customer service or project management.-Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.-Customer Service background preferred.-Must have knowledge of operational concepts, practices, and procedures.-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.-Must be well organized with attention to detail.-Must have ability to multi-task with varied timelines.-Must be able to work independently and have strong organization and planning skills.-Must be able to meet production goals with high degree of accuracy.-Flexibility to rapidly changing business demands.-Must be results oriented individual with desire and strong work ethic.-Proficiency with MS Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access-Ability to adapt to different healthcare market segments.-Must be able to maintain confidential information and use discretion in handling operations. -Ability to research, obtain, coordinate, and integrate feedback and directions from diverse operational groups and organizations into a written product.
