Job Profile Summary
The overall goal of this position is to administer all daily aspects of MRx’s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives, including ID card production and member materials. This individual will:
1. Manage Rx eligibility ID card production
• Ensure data is in correct format
• Monitor automated procedures
• Process customer data
• Ensure that operational service standards are met
2. Manage ID card and member material processing
• Printing and production of ID cards
• Distribution and production of Member materials and packets
• Creating, maintaining, and reviewing various reports and logs

3. Assist with the development of department policies and procedures
4. Coordinate daily production goals
5. Assist with special projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
• TPA or PBM Eligibility & ID card background
• Knowledge of operational concepts, practices, and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail
• Able to multi-task with varied timelines
• Able to meet production goals with high degree of accuracy
• Able to adjust to rapidly changing business demands
• Results oriented individual with a strong work ethic
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook

Other Job Requirements


- 2 or more years experience in customer service, data management, communications, or credentialing verifications required. - 2 or more years experience in a behavioral health or related industry.Managed care or other healthcare network development experience preferred.Ability to type 45-50+ words per minute. Other standard office equipment including telephone, copy machines, personal computer software and mainframe/LAN data systems. Must possess a high level of technical aptitude and be able to organize and manage information in multiple system environments; manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to detail as well as be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Proven customer service skills and the ability to successfully analyze and procure solutions to problems in a fast paced production based environment.
